ILLUSTRATION

I have experience working in a range of styles, including personal and commissioned digital painting portrait illustrations, full-body and half-body illustrations, and traditional-style illustrations for food related businesses and others. TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • I'm allowed to say no to a request.

  • Only personal and non-profit use is permitted for the commissioned artwork. For inquiries about commercial work, please message me.

  • Unless otherwise decided upon, I have the right to post the commissioned artwork to my social media accounts and portfolio.

  • If the request involves complex designs and extra props, there may be additional costs.Please inquire for the additional prices.

  • Please save your files because they won't be accessible from my end after a year.

  • Please give proper credit if you post or use the commissioned work. You may link to my Instagram or Twitter.

  • Do not erase my watermark from the artwork

  • I reserve all rights to my works.

  • Prices could change depending on demand

PAYMENT & REFUND

PAYMENT PROCESS:

  1. Please send your paypal email

  2. I will be sending you a commission invoice

  3. Please send me your payment receipt

  • The acceptable currencies are US dollars or Philippine pesos, and you can pay with PayPal (for USD) or GCash ( for PHP)

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval

  • The commission is non-refundable after the client has approved the sketch. However, it can be refunded if I haven't started completing the commission in a month.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

I, Gireiy, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • I use it to promote myself everywhere.

  • Include this to my portfolio.

  • To my liking, display it everywhere (website, social media, etc.).

  • Post it anywhere I please.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, I reserve all of the image's rights, including the right to use and distribute it. However, you are able to purchase the image's rights for your own non-personal use.

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated

  • Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Removing my signature from the artwork

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Please send your paypal email

  2. I will be sending you a commission invoice

  3. Please send me your payment receipt

Commission Request Format:

  1. Input Name / Account name or handle

  2. Where did you make the commission inquiry? (state whether through what social media or gmail)

  3. Description of the character/person you want to commission

  4. Please state whether: Portrait / Half body / Full Body / Chibi

  5. Please select colouring style, either B&W or fully colored & rendered

  6. Image references of the character/person you want to commission.

  7. Specific pose and expression you want for the character/s(You may also leave it to me). Send References.

  8. Please state your preference for the Background: detailed Background or simple colored/white/transparent.

Revisions

  • Maximum of 1 major revision and 1 minor revision during the sketch phase.

  • 1 minor revision during the coloring phase

  • Minor edits will be charged an extra 10 USD+, depending on the changes

  • Major revisions will be charged on an hourly basis. (Please discuss this with me for more information)

  • Total rework on the final verification will cost 100% of the original price

Turn Around

  • Estimated TAT will be 1-2 months. I will inform you if it will take longer due to life situations.

  • Final piece will be sent via gmail

  • Will do NSFW ( not too hardcore, please inquire first for approval )

DON'Ts

  • Will not do Extreme Gore

  • Will not do full-on Mecha ( androids are OK)

  • Will not do hardcore NSFW art

  • Will not do Loli / underage NSFW
